CFI have just completed installation of our new flooring, due to an insurance claim from dishwasher malfunction , the restoration company put us in touch with CFI and from the initial consultation, provided by Rugo, to the actual installation by Rumen it was so reassuring that there are professionals who take pride in their work. We are very happy with the outcome and we can’t say enough about the industry and respect for the property Rumen demonstrated over the two days during the installation ( almost 2 x 12 hrs days ) and the follow-up and maintenance advise from Rugo , it was , again , very reassuring to have professionals such as Rugo and Rumen on the project.

We hired CFI and were very pleased with the outcome. The entire project was seamless, from looking at pros and cons of different flooring, to choosing, and installation. Our choice was LVP, both on floors and on stairs. The nosing on the stairs is a relatively new product – the LVP wraps around a small wooden nosing piece- looks gorgeous! (Note: need fairly wide LVP for this to work well). Tracey is an amazing project manager, she knows the industry inside out, is very helpful and works with the client to ensure a very positive end result. Would definitely recommend this company with this project manager!
